A 100 mm thick non-load bearing wall of JAYA CELCON blocks will give a fire resistance of 4 hour. SOUNDPROOF JAYA CELCON has excellent sound insulation qualities compared to other building materials. LOAD-BEARING (FABRICATED) JAYA CELCON can withstand loads of up to 30-34 kg/cm2. ENERGY SAVING The Execptional thermal insulation qualiites of JAYA CELCON mean that even in warm climates, with strong direct sunlight, low internal room temperatures can be maintaned with little air conditioning. EASY TO USE JAYA CELCON's larga size means that construction speed is optimized : 15-18 m2 can easily be achieved per eight hour working day. All off-cuts can also be safely utilized minimizing wastage. REDUCES PLASTER REQUIREMENTS Because of it's relativity large size, workers are able to create precision, flat vertical walls requiring as little as 1-1.5 cm of wall plaster.
